Returns Policy

This is the exclusive and agreed upon return policy (“Return” or “Returns” or “Return Policy”) of Mayson the label LLC, www.maysonthelabel.com d/b/a MAYSON the label (collectively “Mayson”, “MAYSON the label,” “we”, “ours” or “us”). The Return Policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Terms of Service ("Agreement” and “Terms of Use”) listed at https://www.maysonthelabel.com/policies/terms-of-service.

Please read this Return Policy and Terms of Use carefully because your access to and use of any part of the site, including any purchases made, constitutes your express agreement to the Return Policy and terms of the Terms of Use. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive resolution and dispute process listed in the Terms of Use.

Returns offered on all full price & sale (not final sale) merchandise for customers within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, show no signs of wear, have all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, perfume odor, makeup, deodorant, and wear.
  • All items are subject to inspection. In our sole discretion, we may deny any Return that we believe violates our Return Policy.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. You must provide pictures to support your claim.

  • Returns must be received to our warehouse 14 days after return label has been generated. If a return has not been received to our warehouse within 14 days of return request, it will not be valid for refund/exchange/store credit.
  • Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us and approved for return.
  • Refund timing can take up to 14 business days after items have been received and approved for return.

All returns will have a minimum service fee of $10 for domestic returns. Any APO or international returns will be subject to standard shipping rates at the customer's expense and a $10 service fee.

Warehouse Sale: Valid on purchases from 1:00pm EST 8/1/2024 while inventory lasts or until sale ends. Prices as marked. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and not valid for return or exchange. Includes free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, no minimum purchase required. Offer cannot be combined with additional coupon offers. Cannot be applied to previous purchases, no price adjustments. Not redeemable for gift cards, cash, credit, or towards previous purchases. Holiday Returns: Please note our return/refund timing will remain as-is; 14 days to return for refund. Any orders placed from 11/22/23 - 12/18/23 that need to be returned after 14 days, will only be eligible for exchanges (if item(s) are available) or store credit. Returns for exchanges/store credit will not be allowed after 30 days from delivery date.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Unless otherwise noted, all final sale items are not subject to Return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
